Joint Venture with Food Security Technology, Inc.



WE AQUIRE AN LLC with 50% of Shares going to YOU and 50% of Shares going to FOOD SECURITY TECHNOLOGY.


YOU PROVIDE a total area of 5,000 Square feet and it must be vested in the ​Joint Venture LLC. It must be zoned to allow farming and commercial sales of products . It must have access to fresh water, spring or well water preferred.


PAYMENT PLAN: (Crowd Funding or an Agriculture Equipment Lease Co. for $150,000, balance from the profits)

$ 15,000 to reserve your Start Date.

$ 15,000 Seven (7) days before Start of Construction

$55,000 first progress payment

$50,000 second progress payment

$15,000 at completion of installation


50% of profit of each harvest untill $750,000 is completely paid off.

At balance pay-off

FOOD SECURITY TECHNOLGY WILL RELEASE ALL INTEREST AND RETURN SHARES - you will own 100%.



Out right purchase of System $750,000



You must provide 5, 000 square feet of SPACE or LAND for working room around the building.


SPACE: Must be zoned to allow farming and commercial sales of products. It must have access to fresh water, spring or well water preferred.


Three (3) months Installation and additional 6 months of on-site operation support, training, education through to your first harvest.


PAYMENT PLAN:

$ 30,000 to reserve your start date.

$70,000 Seven (7) days before start of construction.

$50,000 first progress payment.

$50,000 second progress payment.

$500,000 at completion of installation.

PROJECTIONS & INCOME FORECAST



1. Project installation will take 3 months to completion.

2. Reservation down payment, Initial Instalment to progress payments and a final payment upon completion.

3. First year of operation: (9 months). Production forecast is 4,000 lbs of Tilapia and 20,000 lbs of Vegetables.

4. Forecast sale price direct to consumers of Organic Sustainable head-on gutted Tilapia:

Tilapia @ $3.50/lb. x 4,000 = $14,000.

5. Forecast sale price direct to consumers of Organic fresh Vegetables:

Vegetables @ $3.00/lb. x 20,000 = $60,000.

6. End of year 1 forecasted earnings of $74,000.

7. Second year of operation: (12 months) Production forecasted is 6,000 lbs of Tilapia and 30,000 lbs of Vegetables.

8. Forecast sale price direct to consumers of Organic Sustainable head-on gutted Tilapia:

Tilapia@ $3.50/lb. x 6,000 = $21,000.

9. Forecast sale price direct to consumers of fresh organic vegetables:

Organic vegetables and or herbs @ $3.00/lb. x 30,000 lbs = $90,000.

10. End of Year 2 forecasted earnings of $111,000.

11. End of Year 3 forecasted earnings of $111,000.

12. End of Year 4 forecasted earnings of $111,000.
